Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.16-80 year old patients; 2. Closed fracture.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple fracture patients with patellar fracture; 2. Heart and lung function is poor and cannot tolerate surgery.
