Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who plan to undergo knee arthroplasty; 2.Age =18 years; 3.The ASA ?-?; 4.Capable of understanding the research process , pain scale, and communicating effectively; 5.Agreed to participate in the experiment and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The ASA ?-?; 2.Operation time >3 hours; 3.Revision of knee joint; 4.Diabetes,hemophilia; 5.Blood loss >40% of total blood volume; 6.Contraindications of peripheral nerve block; 7.Previous or recent history of opioid use; Allergic to opioids or local anesthetics; 8.Incapable of understanding of experimental procedures and pain scale; 9.Refuse to participate in the experimente.
