Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18 years; 2. According to the diagnostic criteria proposed by David et al. of Pain Medicine magazine in 2015, it was diagnosed as myofascial pain syndrome, and the trigger point was only located in the unilateral neck and shoulder; 3. Sign the informed consent form and cooperate with the inspection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of neck and shoulder trauma or other diseases that cause neck and shoulder pain, such as cervical spondylosis, shoulder periarthritis and migraine; 2. There are metal implants in the body, claustrophobia or other contraindications to MRI examination; 3. In recent three months, he has received invasive treatment, such as acupuncture, pulse radiofrequency, nerve destruction, etc; 4. Pregnant or lactating patients; 5. Body mass index = 18.5 or = 30kg/m2.
