Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of PCOS in Rotterdam in 2003, that is, meet 2 of the following 3 items and exclude other factors causing hyperandrogenism: 1) Ovarian dysfunction: infrequent menstruation (menstrual cycle = 35 days and no ovulation for more than 3 months each year), amenorrhea (menopause time = 6 months or = 3 previous menstrual cycles) and anovulation or functional uterine bleeding; 2) Hyperandrogenism and/or clinical manifestations of hyperandrogenism; 3) Ovarian polycystic changes: ultrasound examination showed that there were = 12 follicles with a diameter of 2-9mm in one or both ovaries, or (and) the ovarian volume was = 10ml. 2. Comply with the clinical diagnosis standard of infertility in the Handbook of Standard Examination and Diagnosis for Infertile Couples issued by the World Health Organization (those who do not use contraception after marriage, have normal sexual life, and have lived together for one year without pregnancy); 3. Aged 20-35; 4. Meet the overweight/obesity diagnostic criteria proposed by the China Obesity Working Group, that is, BMI = 28 kg/m2 is obesity; 28 = BMI = 24 kg/m2 means overweight; 5. Have good communication skills; 6. The patient informed consent and volunteered to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Infertility caused by male factors, female fallopian tube, cervix and other factors; 2. Patients with severe cognitive impairment or mental illness; 3. Congenital adrenal hyperplasia, ovarian stromal cell membrane hyperplasia, ovarian androgen tumor, androgen secreting tumor, Cushing's syndrome and other diseases that cause hyperandrogenism; 4. Ovulation disorder caused by hyperprolactinemia and premature ovarian failure; 5. Complicated with serious diseases such as cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver and renal hematopoietic system; 6. Have a recent history of major life events.
