Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 40 years; 2. The patient was diagnosed as ischemic stroke within 90 days before inclusion (the location of the infarct was consistent with the patient's symptoms). 3. There are two or more of the following diseases or risk factors related to AF: age = 65 years, hypertension, obstructive sleep apnea, coronary artery disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, hyperthyroidism, BMI>30, history of myocardial infarction, PR interval>175 ms, kidney damage (eGFR 30-60 mL/(min · 1.73 m2)), or left ventricular hypertrophy or left atrial enlargement found by ultrasound.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute myocardial infarction within 1 month before stroke/coronary artery bypass grafting; 2. Previous history of atrial fibrillation/atrial flutter; 3. Indication or contraindication of permanent anticoagulation treatment; 4. Expected service life<1 year; 5. Indication of pacemaker or ICD; 6. Pregnant women; 7. Subjects were enrolled in a contemporaneous study and may confuse the results of this study.
