Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective gynecologic laparoscopic surgery; 2. ASA grade I - II; 3. Aged 18-65; 4.BMI 18.5 -25kg/m2; 5. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative cognitive dysfunction; 2. Dependence on sedatives or antidepressants; 3. Previous psychiatric history; 4. Preoperative bradycardia or atrioventricular block; 5. Those unable to communicate effectively.
