20 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It meets the diagnostic criteria for lumbar disc herniation and has no indication for surgery; 2. Age 20-65, regardless of gender; 3. The vital signs are stable, and there is no serious dysfunction of the lungs, heart, liver and other important organs; 4. The patient is conscious, has good compliance, can independently understand the content of education, and is willing to accept follow-up and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who do not meet the above diagnostic criteria; 2. Have spinal tuberculosis, compression fracture, spinal tumor, lumbar spondylolisthesis, huge lumbar disc herniation and other diseases that are not suitable for conservative treatment; Congenital deformity of spine and limbs, history of spinal trauma and surgery; 3. Pregnant or lactating women and those who are allergic to drugs, or have a history of adverse reactions to acupuncture. 4. Subjects who are currently receiving other treatment or taking related drugs for the disease, or are participating in clinical trials of other drugs.
