P:Intravenous injection of 0.2mg of butorphanol and 1.5~2mg/kg of propofol

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing painless gastroscopy and enteroscopy under single anesthesia; 2. ASA Class I-II; 3. Age: 18-65, regardless of gender; 4. Body mass index (BMI): 28kg/m2 = BMI = 18kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor compliance and failure to cooperate; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Endoscopic surgery (polypectomy, ESD, etc.); 4. Recently taken drugs that affect gastrointestinal motility (motiline, mosapride, M1 receptor agonists/inhibitors, etc.) or sedatives; 5. Gastrointestinal endoscopy takes too long (= 20min); 6. Allergies to opioids, benzodiazepines or propofol drugs.
