Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.No clinical pregnancy was obtained after 2 or more transplants; 2.Hysteroscopy showed normal size and endometrium. 3.4 embryos at cleavage stage or 2 embryos at blastocyst stage were transplanted; 4.22-35 years old; 5.The chromosome karyotype of both husband and wife has no obvious abnormality; 6.Semen examination of the male was normal; 7.Healthy four (TORCH) tests and no infectious diseases; 8.Subjects have clear consciousness and can cooperate with the experiment, complete medical records and sign informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are malformations of the reproductive system and organic diseases, such as severe uterine malformations or multiple uterine cavity adhesions; There are uterine polyps, fallopian tube effusion, etc; 2. Patients with serious heart, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases or tumors or cancer; 3. Either spouse has chromosome abnormalities, or has a history of close relatives' marriage, or family hereditary diseases; 4. Serious endocrine disease; 5. Those who are sensitive or allergic to immunosuppressants; Those who have taken relevant immunosuppressants within 3 months; 6. Autoimmune disease, chronic medical disease, inflammation such as reproductive system infection or acquired and hereditary thrombotic tendency diagnosed by the Rheumatology Department; 7. Women who have been vaccinated within 3 months; 8. Those who smoke more than 20 cigarettes or drink heavily every day; 9. Those who can not cooperate with the treatment due to mental illness or other reasons; 10. The investigator judged that the patient's condition was not suitable for this clinical trial.
