Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 and above, regardless of gender; 2. Acute cerebral infarction was diagnosed by CT or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI); 3. Patients with acute myocardial infarction within 72 hours of onset; 4. Understand and voluntarily sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a history of ischemic stroke and/or lacunar cerebral infarction combined with sequelae such as cognitive impairment and physical impairment; 2.Cranial imaging examination confirmed the presence of diseases leading to similar symptoms, such as brain tumor, encephalitis and brain abscess; And so on, or prove to have hemorrhagic cerebral infarction, epidural hematoma and so on; 3.patients with serious heart disease, serious arrhythmia or heart failure; 4.Seriously abnormal liver and kidney function (liver function laboratory index ALT> 80U/L, renal function laboratory Male: Cr> 200µmol/L, Female: Cr> 145.5 u mol/L); 5.Patients with a history of mental illness or dementia; 6.Significant drug or alcohol abuse.
