Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18 years, regardless of gender; 2. Patients with metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) at all stages confirmed by histopathology, cytology and imaging data; 3. According to the doctor's judgment, it is suitable to receive the comprehensive treatment based on TAS-102; 4. Good compliance and voluntary signing of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Have a serious underlying medical condition that makes it impossible to safely administer trial treatment. Including, but not limited to, active infections requiring systemic therapy: decompensated heart failure (NYHA classification III and IV), unstable angina, acute myocardial infarction and other diseases within 1 month before admission; 2.Other reasons that the researcher determines are not suitable for participating in this study.
