Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with symptoms related to adenomyosis, confirmed by clinic, MRI and ultrasound; 2. Those with operation indications have requirements for fertility and are unwilling or unsuitable to accept traditional surgery and drug treatment; 3. No history of abdominal surgery; 4. Voluntary HIFU treatment; 5. Be able to communicate feelings during the operation; 6. There is no contraindication for sedation and analgesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of excessive high-dose radiotherapy in abdomen (more than 45Gy in total); 2. Patients in pregnancy and lactation; 3. Those who have serious complications and cannot tolerate surgery; 4. People with other gynecological diseases; 5. Those who have communication disorder and are unwilling to accept HIFU treatment.
