Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age above 18 years, male or female; 2. Diagnosed patients with primary open angle glaucoma, ocular hypertension or chronic angle closure glaucoma who need long-term drug treatment; 3. The patient is insured by Shanghai Medical Insurance and has lived here for more than 6 months; 4. Smart phones can be used (I/my family members, only for the test group); 5. There are relevant medical records and eye examinations within 6 months before the project starts (only for the control group); 6. Volunteer to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with intraocular pressure higher than 40 mmHg; 2. Acute angle closure glaucoma, transient secondary glaucoma; 3. Patients with unclear consciousness, unable to communicate normally or unable to cooperate in completing intraocular pressure measurement (only for the test group); 4. Patients who plan to perform anti glaucoma surgical intervention such as selective trabeculectomy and placement of drainage device (only for the test group); 5. In recent one year, there were trabeculectomy, drainage device and other anti glaucoma surgical interventions; 6. Patients with severe eye infection.
