Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Registered nurse and on duty; 2.Informed consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nurses who are expected to take leave and go to other hospitals for further study within 12 weeks; 2. Intern nurses and nurses studying in other hospitals; 3. Participate in other relevant researchers at the same time; 4. Those who request to withdraw during the study.
