Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 65~80 years; 2.BMI 18.5~28.0 kg/m2; 3. ASA Class I or II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with allergy to remiazolam p-toluenesulfonate or alfentanil; 2. Uncompensation of important functional organs, serious systemic diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Take psychotropic or analgesic drugs.
