Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-65 years old; 2. BMI =28 kg/m2; 3. ASA Class I or II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with allergy to remiazolam p-toluenesulfonate or alfentanil; 2. Decompensation of vital organs; 3. Serious systemic diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Take psychotropic or analgesic drugs, severe OSASH (obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome).
