Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult male inpatients who have urethral stricture or urethral disruption and need treatments and urethrography evaluation in the Department of Urology of Beijing Jishuitan Hospital; 2. Urethral stricture and disruption are diagnosed by cystourethroscopy; 3. Patients who have suprapubic catheters.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Stricture is narrower than F16 cystoscope; 2. Contrast agent allergy; 3. Penile dysplasia; 4. Congenital malformations; 5. Acute infection; 6. Isolated kidney or renal insufficiency, other organ dysfunction; 7. Ureteral reflux, or ureteral stents have been inserted; 8. Penile prosthesis, artificial sphincter and other implants have been inserted; 9. Serious basic medical diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, and autoimmune diseases; 10. Need avoiding X-ray exposure; 11. Refuse urethrography or this study.
