Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Between the ages of 18 and 22 years; 2. BMI in the normal range: 18.5-23.9 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclude those allergic to milk or lactose intolerant; 2. Patients with basic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes are excluded; 3. Exclude those who have special eating habits and are fond of it; 4. Excluding pregnant women, pregnant women and lactating women; 5. Exclude patients with diseases of the liver, kidney or skeletal system.
