Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed as stroke, meeting the diagnostic criteria in Diagnostic Points of Various Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019 formulated by the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, were diagnosed as ischemic stroke by doctors at or above the attending level of the neurological rehabilitation Department and confirmed as stroke by head CT or MRI examination; 2. Stroke patients within 6 months after onset; 3. Informed consent of patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with blurred vision before stroke and unable to see the road clearly; 2. Patients with severe aphasia, severe hearing loss and inability to communicate with researchers; 3. Patients with severe cognitive dysfunction, MMSE <= 17, or patients with a history of mental illness; 4. Patients who are completely immobile, bedridden, and have no motor capacity; 5. Patients with other neuromuscular or musculoskeletal disorders clearly associated with gait disorders, such as Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis, lumbosacral radiculopathy, recent fractures, and severe malnutrition.
