Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age and sex: female 9-14 years, male 9-16 years; 2. According to the diagnostic criteria, the patient was clinically diagnosed as adolescent idiopathic scoliosis with chronic poor posture, presenting scoliosis, coronal scoliosis with a Cobb Angle of 10-20 degrees, and the classification was not limited (non-surgical treatment was considered); 3. Immature bone development, Risser sign 0-IV degree; 4. Normal growth and development, WHO growth and development index was ±2 standard deviation (SD); 5. Patients and their family members signed the Informed Consent for Patient Treatment and volunteered to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Functional scoliosis and other structural scoliosis; 2. Previous surgical history of scoliosis; 3. Wearing a brace and receiving other forms of treatment; 4. Unable to complete PSSE training as required; 5. Unable to cooperate with those who can complete gait analysis assessment (independent walkers who cannot understand and follow instructions); 6. Obvious foot deformities or abnormal alignment of lower limbs; 7. Complicated with serious diseases of heart, liver, kidney and other systems.
