Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I-II; 2. Age 18-65 years; 3. Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI > 30 kg/m2; 2. Allergic to local anesthetic drugs; 3. Patients with malnutrition, abnormal coagulation and preoperative chemotherapy; 4. Patients with with serious cardiovascular disease, diabetes and metabolic syndrome; 5. Patients with local or systemic inflammatory diseases and long-term use of NSAIDs; 6. Abnormal liver and kidney function; 7. Steroid or immunosuppressant user; 8. People with hearing impairment or psycho-nervous system diseases.
