Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-80 years; 2. It meets the diagnostic criteria of 2022 gold COPD: after using bronchodilator, the ratio of forced expiratory volume in the first second to forced vital capacity (FEV1:FVC) is less than 0.70; 3. Informed consent must be signed before being included in the cohort, and participate in the study protocol and follow-up according to the protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from severe pleural disease and/or sternal and rib lesions; 2. Suffering from serious cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, cancer and other uncontrolled systemic diseases; 3. Previous alcoholism, drug abuse, drug abuse or organic solvent abuse, or poor compliance such as mental illness, epilepsy or other central nervous system diseases, or any other situation interfering with clinical trials; 4. Women of childbearing age who are currently pregnant or lactating; 5. Researchers who received immunosuppressive therapy or participated in other clinical trials 3 months before enrollment.
