Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Unilateral stroke was the first onset, and imaging diagnosis was subcortical injury; 2. The condition is stable without serious complications; 3. Patients aged 30-80 years, the course of disease was 7 d to 6 months after onset; 4. After the onset of the disease, conservative treatment was adopted, without craniotomy and other surgical treatment; 5. The presence of hand motor dysfunction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with head trauma, TIA, subarachnoid hemorrhage and previous history of epilepsy; 2. Skull with metal or pacemaker implantation; 3. Cognitive dysfunction can't cooperate with researchers; 4. Severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ failure; 5. Pregnant patients; 6. Muscle tension of Ashworth scale with improved extensor and flexor muscle groups > 1+.
