25 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Single ischemic stroke in the left hemisphere (the diagnosis was in accordance with the consensus of Diagnostic Key Points of Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019 formulated by Cerebrovascular Group of the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association); 2. The course of disease is more than 1 week; 3. Patients aged 25-80 years, male or female; 4. Right-handed; 5. Junior high school or above; 6. AQ < 93.8; 7. Spontaneous speech disorder, but listening and understanding is good, can follow instructions, namely expressive aphasia; 8. No MRI contraindications; 9. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of brain surgery; 2. History of seizures within one year; 3. Sensitive scalp; 4. Emotional instability; 5. Those with other underlying diseases and unstable conditions.
