non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) was diagnosed by pathology including surgical pathology, puncture pathology, and bronchial biopsy pathology. Community acquired pneumonia was diagnosed according to
Index test:Radiomics feature (include first-order features based on the voxel intensity, shape features, and texture features)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Phase I: patients diagnosed invasive pulmonary aspergillosis according to the definitions updated by EORTC/MSG 2020; patients diagnosed non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) by pathology; 2. Phase II: patients diagnosed invasive pulmonary aspergillosis according to the definitions updated by EORTC/MSG 2020; patients diagnosed community acquired pneumonia with etiological evidence.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Without primary CT imaging in our Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS); 2. Companied with pulmonary lesions could not completely explained by IPA.
