18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was diagnosed with lumbar disc herniation by CT or MRI imaging examination, which met the indications of minimally invasive treatment; 2. Clear consciousness and fluent language expression; 3. Patients and/or their family members use smart phones and use wechat for communication or voluntarily apply for wechat signal; 4. The patient was > 18 years old and the course of disease was > 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are unable to complete follow-up; 2. Those with mental or cognitive impairment who cannot cooperate with the investigation; 3. Patients with malignant tumor; 4. Combined with insufficiency of vital organs (such as heart, liver, lung, kidney) or other serious chronic diseases; 5. The patient has received lumbar spine surgery in the past, or has lumbar spine injury caused by other reasons.
