Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years of age or older for men and women; 2. The clinical diagnosis was in line with the diagnostic criteria of cerebral infarction formulated by the Fourth National Conference on cerebrovascular diseases; 3. All patients were confirmed by head CT/MRI, and underwent emergency thrombectomy to remove the thrombus; 4. Understand and be willing to participate in this clinical study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Intracranial hemorrhage in cerebral parenchyma, subarachnoid space, subdural and epidural space; 2. The life expectancy is less than 1 year in the advanced stage of malignant tumor or in the failure stage of serious lesions of other organs.
