Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) formulated by Respiratory Society of Chinese Medical Association; 2. Must be able to use inhaled medication and respiratory trainer correctly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with other respiratory diseases (severe pneumothorax, severe pleural effusion, pulmonary embolism); 2. Serious primary disease associated with other major organs or systems; 3. Complicated with mental disorders, cognitive disorders, language disorders, and other diseases that affect rehabilitation assessment and training; 4. Allergic to inhaled medications; 5. Poor compliance or refusal of rehabilitation training.
