Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) ; 2. Age between 40 and 90 years, regardless of gender; 3. Must be able to use inhalation and respiratory trainer correctly.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with other respiratory diseases (severe pneumothorax, severe pleural effusion, pulmonary embolism); 2. Complicated with severe primary diseases with other major organs or systems affects the assessment and completion of rehabilitation; 3. Complicated with mental disorders or cognitive disorders language barriers; 4. Poor compliance or refusal of rehabilitation training; 5. Allergic to inhalation.
