Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The gestational age at birth is less than 37 weeks; 2. The postnatal age on the first day of medication is less than or equal to 28 days or the corrected weekly age [actual age - (40 weeks - gestational age at birth)] <= 4 weeks; 3. Anti-infective treatment with cefoperazone-sulbactam or piperacillin-tazobactam.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete inspection or recording of the indicators before and after the medication; 2. The duration of treatment with cefoperazone-sulbactam <= 2 days.
