Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of COPD patients: the patients are in the stable stage of disease and meet the criteria of 2021 gold Global Initiative for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease: global strategy for COPD diagnosis, treatment and Prevention (Updated). 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of sarcopenia: muscle mass was measured by double X-ray absorption method (male < 7.0 kg / m2, female < 5.4 kg / m2), and bioimpedance analysis (male < 7.0 kg / m2, female < 5.7 kg / m2); Grip strength (< 26 kg for men and < 18 kg for women); Walking speed (< 0.8 m / s). 3. Have clear consciousness, reading ability or language expression ability, and have no barrier to communicate with researchers. 4. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with serious metabolic diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, cancer, liver and kidney diseases (disease factors affecting muscle strength and respiratory function) were excluded.
