Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of primary Parkinson's disease; 2. Patients who plan to undergo DBS surgery with subthalamic nucleus (STN) and internal globus pallidus (GPi) as surgical targets; 3. Those who can cooperate to complete MRI T1, T2 and SWI sequence scanning; 4. There is no contraindication of neurosurgery and the informed consent is signed; 5. Those who can complete at least one follow-up within 1 year after operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who have metal implants or cannot complete long-term MRI scanning due to physiological and psychological reasons; 2. Contraindications to surgery; 3. Those who lost follow-up after operation.
