Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Two or more patella dislocations; 2. Positive clinical findings; 3. Isolated MPFL reconstruction due to patella instability; 4. Informed consent is signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Fixed patellar dislocation and habitual patellar dislocation; 2. The tibial tubercle deviated from the trochlear groove above 20mm, severe high patella, abnormal trochlear development (Dejour grade C/D trochlea), abnormal force line of lower extremities and other bony structural abnormalities; 3. Combined with important ligament injuries such as anterior and posterior cruciate ligament, medial and lateral collateral ligament of knee joint; 4. Known significant musculoskeletal disease or cognitive impairment.
