Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective or emergency kidney transplantation under general anesthesia; 2. No age limit, no gender limit.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of alcoholism and narcotic drug abuse; 2. Preoperative communication barriers; 3. Abnormal liver function, Child-Pugh score >= 7 points; 4. Preoperative airway or lung infection and tumor; 5. Fasting for less than 2 hours before anesthesia.
