20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Observation group entry criteria (All the following conditions must be met): (1) Age 20-39 years old; (2) Diagnosed as unexplained infertility; (3) the couple's chromosomes are normal; (4) The patency of the fallopian tubes is normal; (5) The man's semen is normal; (6) Repeated artificial insemination failures (3 or more times); (7) The first transplant of the fresh cycle; (8) Propensity matching with the control group was successful (matching factors age, years of infertility, and body mass index). 2. Inclusion criteria for secondary infertility tubal factor assisted pregnancy group (control group) (all the following conditions must be met): (1) Age 20-39 years old; (2) Secondary infertility caused by tubal factors diagnosed by salpingography or hysteroscopy; (3) The chromosomes of both husband and wife are normal; (4) Previous pregnancy; (5) The man's semen is normal; (6) It is clear that the cause of infertility is caused by the fallopian tube factor; (7) The first transplant of the fresh cycle; (8) Propensity matching with the observation group was successful (matching factors age, years of infertility, and body mass index).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for observation group (must meet all the following conditions): (1) Exclude repeated transplantation failure; (2) Exclude PCOS; (3) Exclude endometriosis; (4) Patients with genital tract malformations and chronic endometritis were excluded; (5) Patients with endometriosis, uterine fibroids, and intrauterine adhesions (including previous separation of intrauterine adhesions) were excluded. 2. Secondary infertility tubal factor assisted pregnancy group (control group) exclusion criteria (All the following conditions must be met): (1) Exclude repeated transplantation failure; (2) Exclude PCOS; (3) Exclude endometriosis; (4) Patients with genital tract malformations and chronic endometritis were excluded; (5) Exclude patients with uterine fibroids and intrauterine adhesions (including previous separation of intrauterine adhesions).
