18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 18 to 85 years old; 2. BMI 18~25kg/m2; 3. Liver function child-pugh A or/and B; 4. Esophagealvarices grade G3; 5. Volunteer signed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Opioid drug allergy, use of monoamine oxidase inhibitor for a long time, severe hepatic and kidney disease, coagulopathy, bronchial asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases, pulmonary heart disease, intracranial hypertension, and inability to comprehend study-related procedures.
