Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke in the 2019 Chinese Classification of Cerebrovascular Diseases, and confirmed by head CT or MRI examination; 2. First onset, 3 months 21 points) and speech impairment; 6. With the test procedures, able to perform motor imagery tasks (KVIQ score > 25 points); 7. No history of drug and alcohol dependence, no serious liver and kidney function diseases or other diseases that may affect the brain structure and function, no other mental disorders; 8. Patients signed the informed consent for treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe aphasia, cognitive impairment, severe depression, etc., can not cooperate to complete the training; 2. Skull defects or surgical incision affect the fit of the EEG cap; 3. Poor skin condition, may be deteriorated by stepping on the car or EEG cap contact; 4. Lower limb MAS score > 2; 5. Complications that limit the patient's mobility such as: lower extremity deep venous thrombosis, severe cardiopulmonary disease, unstable hypertension, etc.; 6. Severe joint deformity or limited lower limb range of motion; 7. Patients with other musculoskeletal and neurological diseases that affect the recovery of function; 8. Severe heart, liver, kidney dysfunction; 9. Patients who are participating in other experimenters; 10. Patients who refuse to sign the informed consent form.
