Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study groups : 1. Older than 18 years old, regardless of gender; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for depression disorder in ICD-10 classification of mental and behavioral disorders; 3. Can complete the coloring drawing test alone; 4. Have not received systematic painting training. Control group: 1. Schizophrenia: (1) Age over 18 years old, regardless of gender; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of ICD-10 for schizophrenia; (3). Can complete the drawing test alone; (4) No painting training. 2. Bipolar Disorder: (1) Age over 18 years old, regardless of gender; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of ICD-10 for bipolar disorder; (3). Can complete the drawing test alone; (4) No painting training. 3. Normal control: (1) No previous history of mental illness, no genetic history of mental illness, no obvious symptoms of mental disorders at the time of enrollment; (2) Age over 18 years old, regardless of gender; (3) No painting training; (4) Color vision assessment without color blindness and color weakness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Study group: 1.Pregnant and lactation patients; 2.Currently suffering from serious and unstable physical diseases, such as cerebrovascular accidents, tumors, severe infections, etc.; 3. Abuse of psychoactive substances and other serious mental diseases; 4.Have a history of neurological diseases such as epilepsy and dementia; 5. Color blindness and color weakness. Control group: Same as study group.
