Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria of allergic asthma with dampness syndrome: (1) Aged 18 to 75 years; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of allergic asthma; (3) Score of DSSCM >=20; (4) Patients have informed consent. 2. Inclusion criteria of anallergic asthma without dampness syndrome: (1) Aged 18 to 75 years; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of anallergic asthma(with negative results of serum allergen detection in inhalation group and food group); (3) Score of DSSCM<10; (4) Patients have informed consent. 3. Inclusion criteria of healthy volunteers: (1) Aged 18 to 75 years; (2) Negative results in physical examination in the past year(with normal lung function and negative results of serum allergen detection in inhalation group and food group); (3) No drugs were taken in the past 3 months before enrollment; (4) Score of DSSCM<10; (5) Judged as balanced constition by the Scale of Classification and Determination of Constitution in TCM; (6) Volunteers have informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria of allergic asthma with dampness syndrome: (1) Patients with other lung disease such as COPD, bronchiectasis, interstitial lung disease, activity of pulmonary tuberculosis disease,etc; (2) Patients with an autoimmune connective tissue disease such as systematic lupus erythematosus,Sjogren syndrome, etc; (3) Patients with parasitic infection, exudative dermatitis, pimpetius, psoriasis, scarlet fever, chronic granulocytic leukemia, Hodgkin's disease, chronic adrenal hypofunction and other diseases that can cause the elevation of serum eosinophils; (4) Patients with pulmonary aspergillosis, high IgE syndrome, IgE type multiple myeloma and other diseases that can cause the elevation of total IgE in serum; (5) Patients with other serious diseases or a malignant tumor; (6) Patients who have received or are under the treatment of allergen-specific immunotherapy or anti-IgE therapy; (7) Psychiatric patients or patients who cannot cooperate for other reasons. 2. Exclusion criteria of anallergic asthma without dampness syndrome: (1) Patients with allergic rhinitis, eczema, urticaria, atopic dermatitis, allergic conjunctivitis and other allergic diseases; (2) Patients with previous drug or food allergies or family history of allergic diseases; (3) Elevated Eosinophil count in peripheral blood or sputum; (4) Patients with elevated serum total IgE; (5) Exposure to pollen as common inducement; (6) Exposure to dust mites and mildew as common inducement; (7) Certain food as common inducement; (8) Irritating odor and dust as common inducement; (9) Obese asthma or exercise asthma; (10) Personnel engaged in work related to macromolecule allergen (including those engaged in TCM storage, TCM pharmaceutical materials, TCM preparations, TCM processing and TCM dispensing in TCM pharmacies in hospitals; Flour factory, drug factory, farm, wood processing plant, cement factory, smelter, plastic processing plant, enzyme detergent factory, textile workshop, etc); (11) Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchiectasis, pulmonary heart disease, lung cancer, pulmonary fibrosis, pulmonary tuberculosis, eosinophilic bronchitis, eosinophilic pneumonia and other pulmonary diseases; (12) Patients with autoimmune connective tissue diseases (such as systemic lupus erythematosus and sjogren's syndrome); (13) Patients with other serious diseases or a malignant tumor; (14) Psychiatric patients or patients who cannot cooperate for other reasons. 3. Exclusion criteria of healthy volunteers: (1) People with allergic rhinitis, eczema, urticaria, atopic dermatitis, allergic conjunctivitis and other allergic diseases; (2) People with previous drug or food allergies or family history of allergic diseases such as asthma; (3) People with elevated Eosinophil count in peripheral blood or sputum; (4) People with elevated serum total IgE; (5) People with a history of smoking or surgery; (6) People with autoimmune connective tissue diseases (such as systemic lupus erythematosus and sjogren's syndrome); (7) People with chronic respiratory diseases such as chronic cough, bronchiectasis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; (8) People with chronic diseases or difficult and severe disease; (9) Psychiatric patients or people who cannot cooperate for other reasons.
