18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age from 18 to 75 years old, regardless of gender; 2. ASA grade I to III; 3. BMI >= 19 and <= 30 kg/m2; 4. Pathologically diagnosed as colon/rectal cancer; 5. No cancer cells have spread or metastasized far away; 6. Non-emergency inpatients who have undergone routine preoperative preparation; 7. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of mental illness or being treated with psychotropic drugs; 2. History of drug, alcohol or opioid abuse; 3. Being treated with monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitors; 4. Taking other experimental drugs or participating in other clinical trials 3 months before being selected for the study; 5. People with severe heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system diseases; 6. People with allergies and allergies to opioids, tramadol and ketamine; 7. Women during pregnancy and lactation; 8. Unable to cooperate with the research for any reason.
