65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for elective gastrointestinal surgery; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I-III, aged 65-90 years, gender is not limited; 3. Voluntarily participate and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Existing infection at the block site; 2. Contraindications of regional anesthesia; 3. Those who abuse narcotic analgesia, sedative drugs, psychotropic drugs and alcoholism before operation; 4. Pre-existing chronic pain or cognitive impairment; 5. Severe respiratory and circulatory diseases; 6. Severe liver and kidney insufficiency; 7. Patients with a history of mental or nervous system diseases and self-expression disorders.
