Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Glaucoma patients whose intraocular pressure is not controlled adequately by glaucoma medication; 2. Patients with a history of previous failure in conventional glaucoma surgery; 3. Patients with neovascular glaucoma and other types of secondary glaucoma; 4. Aged >18 and <85 years; 5. Patients who had not received intraocular surgery or laser therapy within 90 days prior to UCP treatment; 6. Able and willing to sign informed consent and complete postoperative follow-up; 7. Patients who have undergone ultrasound ciliary body arthroplasty.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Both eyes: ocular infection within two weeks before surgery; 2. Study eyes: history of ciliary body surgery (condensation, external photocoagulation, internal photocoagulation); History of intraocular or retroocular tumors; Implantation of glaucoma drainage valve; Anatomical abnormalities of the anterior segment leading to scleral expansion or ectopic ciliary body; 3. Any systemic diseases that may affect the follow-up of the patient; 4. Pregnant/lactating patients; 5. Participate in other drug/device clinical trials within 30 days.
