10 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria of the trial group: patients with clinical family history, highly suspected disease, imaging/biochemical test indicators supporting or not supporting disease, but positive gene test. 2. Inclusion criteria of the control group: no clinical family history, no history of liver, neurological/psychiatric diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are serious artifacts in the MRI images; 2. Patients who are claustrophobic, have metal implants in the body, and have serious diseases (frequent involuntary movements, epilepsy, disturbance of consciousness, unable to get off the ventilator and other critical states) and cannot complete MR examination; 3. There are other liver and neuropsychiatric diseases not caused by the disease.
