Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-75 years who were selected for right shoulder arthroscopic surgery in our hospital from March to September 2022, ASA grade I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Body mass index (BMI) >30kg.m^-2; 2. Allergic to local anesthetics; 3. Severe coagulation dysfunction; 4. Infection and ulceration at the puncture site; 5. There was brachial plexus injury before surgery; 6. History of alcohol, analgesic and sedative drug abuse; 7. Preoperative complications of respiratory diseases, abnormal liver and kidney function; 8. Patients who could not understand sedation score, visual analog score and could not use analgesic pump.
