Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For newborns who meet the Montreux criteria, the diagnostic criteria are as follows: 1. Acute attacks (within 1 week) after definite or suspected causes (asphyxia, milk choking, meconium inhalation, infection, etc.); 2. Dyspnea caused by neonatal respiratory distress syndrome (RDS), transient respiratory hypertropia (TTN), pulmonary surfactant (PS) related genetic defects or congenital malformations was excluded; 3. The imaging findings of the lungs were bilateral diffuse irregular decreased transmittance, exudation or white lungs, which could not be explained by other causes (such as local effusion, atractasis, RDS, TTN or congenital malformations); 4. In the presence of unexplained pulmonary edema caused by congenital heart disease, cardiac ultrasound can be used to confirm the cause of pulmonary edema; 5. The degree of oxygenation disorder was evaluated by oxygenation index (OI).
