Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinically diagnosed with HCC according to the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer (2022 Edition) of the National Health Commission, or pathologically diagnosed with HCC by biopsy of the liver; 2. Received HCC hepatectomy in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from January 2016 to January 2019; 3. No local therapy such as TACE, TAE, TAI or HAIC or systemic therapy such as targeted immunity were received before surgery; 4. Three-phase CT scan was performed within 2 months before surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. If the arterial enhancement area of the liver lesion is too small to be measured (<=5mm); 2. If the main portal vein is completely blocked; 3. If the peak of aortic enhancement is not in arterial phase or portal vein enhancement is not in venous phase; 4. Patients with other severe liver, heart, brain, and/or kidney diseases; 5. Co-infected with HIV; 6. Patients with malignant tumors of other organs during the same period.
