Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=65 years; 2. Perform the operation under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative diagnosis of ARDS, aspiration pneumonia, pulmonary embolism, pulmonary edema, pneumonia and other acute respiratory diseases; 2. Patients with preoperative endotracheal intubation; 3. Surgery related to previous postoperative complications; 4. Outpatient surgery (hospital stay less than 24 hours); 5. Data is missing.
