Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of MCI; 2. MoCA score 60 years; 4. Not engaged in regular exercise in the last three months (at least 3 times a week, at least 20 minutes of regular exercise); 5. No contraindications to MRI scanning; 6. Subject gives informed consent and participates voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with uncontrolled hypertension (diastolic blood pressure still exceeds l00 mmHg or systolic blood pressure still exceeds 160 MMHG after taking medication); 2. Have a history of serious alcohol and drug abuse; 3. Cognitive impairment caused by depression, Baker depression scale > 4 points; 4. Cognitive dysfunction due to poisoning or other causes such as drugs; 5. Patients with a history of mental illness (such as personality disorder, schizophrenia, etc.), or suffering from severe aphasia and visual impairment, or accompanied by severe organ failure, musculoskeletal disease, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, musculoskeletal disease or other contraindications of exercise therapy; 6. Participating in other clinical trials that will affect the outcome evaluation of this study.
