14 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with hepatic space, pancreatic space, or biliary obstruction requiring elective surgical treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged <14 years; 2. Female patients who refused to accept this study or were in the reproductive age or pregnancy period; 3. Patients who participated in other drug clinical trials or other anesthesia therapy trials within 3 months prior to enrollment in this study; 4. Patients considered unsuitable for inclusion in this study by the responsible anesthesiologist; 5. Unable to cooperate with this study for any reason; 6. Patients with severe allergic history or complicated with serious complications of heart, brain, lung, liver and kidney; 7. Patients with a history of surgery, serious complications and adverse anesthesia; 8. Patients who have received organ transplants; 9. Patients who have recently received radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
