18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing cardiac valve surgery under elective cardiopulmonary bypass; 2. Aged >18 years; 3. The patient or family member agrees to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of delirium and other central nervous system and mental illness; 2. Emergency surgery; 3. Carotid artery stenosis >60%; 4. Concurrent coronary artery bypass surgery or macrovascular surgery; 5. Patients who refused follow-up visits; 6. Preoperative MMSE score was <17.
